You ready for this? I used to hate popcorn.
Unless it was drenched in butter at the movie theater.
Plain popcorn just does nothing for me. It gets stuck in your teeth and doesn’t even taste good?
I know, some of you are calling me an idiot right now.
BUT I’m a HUGE snacker, so I try to really up my healthy snacking game as much as I can because I snack all day long.
So naturally, I put a twist on popcorn. Added some healthy flavor and I was all in.
+ plain popcorn
+ nuts ‘n more peanut butter ( GET THIS STUFF NOW )
+ I use plain skinny pop – 39 cals per cup.
+This chocolate maple pretzel high protein peanut butter is everything. They have so many flavors to pick from. You can grab it on Amazon ( my go-to ).

+ I heat a spoonful up in the microwave for like 15 seconds or so and drizzle it on top of the popcorn. Game changer.
+ Blueberries. A snack full of antioxidants & it gives the popcorn bowl an extra oomph of flavor. I just add a handful.
You can switch this up, obviously. Sometimes I do just the blueberries and popcorn, sometimes I do just the peanut butter and popcorn, sometimes I do just the entire jar of peanut butter.
Depends on the day.
But for real this snack hits all the spots & it definitely takes away that sweet tooth.
+ TIP : use a spoon to eat it – it’s easier when the peanut butter is heated up
