Super quick post for you guys because someone asked me about the healthy pancakes drenched in the ‘syrup’ I’m obsessed with.
I literally heated up berries, mashed them up, and put them on top of the 3 ingredient pancakes.
I wouldn’t lie to you – promise.
You can add a little bit of raw coconut nectar if you want it to be a bit more syrup-y.
It’s a great healthy substitute if you are like me and like to drown your pancakes in sugary syrups.
& you can add this to like, anything?
+ heat up any berries you want ( I use a mix ) for about 1 min to 1 min & 30 seconds
+ mash them up
+ add a little bit of raw coconut nectar
That’s it – super healthy berry syrup.
