I’m SO EXCITED to give you guys some super fun news.
If you’re new to CIC, you should know I’m always late. And because of this I’m always trying quick recipes. I also try to ‘skinnify’ my eats as much as possible. I don’t eliminate completely – I make replacements instead.
& OF COURSE. I love a good tequila drink – so I just add some benefits! Like upping your green juice game while drinking tequila. It’s always a win win.
& I’m all about snacks (I have my purse filled, always – check out my ride or die purse snacks for more).
Basically.. I’m an always late, fake it ’till you make it, want to be skinnified type of girl. So, I’ve worked long and hard on my meal plans.
Long story short, I’m launching an e-book soon that is so fitting for the want to be skinnified but don’t want to sit in the kitchen all day type of girl. It has super quick and fun recipes that I’ve put a lot of time and effort into making exactly how I want them.
I give you guys my top tips, tricks, snack hacks, replacements, and of course skinny eats & sips. I obviously end it with green juice – my favorite way to start my Mondays. Always.
And what would it be without giving you my weekly meal plan?
I think you’ll really love this e-book because you can take these recipes and put them into your weekly meal plan however you please. You can mix it up and mingle with it all. Have some fun, you know?
& the cocktails – I’m just going to be so basic right now and say that I can’t. I just can’t.
I also put a TON of time into making my drinks how I want because I hate sugary drinks. They are gag material to me (dramatic).
But for real. I want to up the benefits of my drinks. But I also want it to taste good. Which can be HARD. Believe me, I’ve put together some gross combo’s. You live and you learn!!!
Alright, alright. Now that you have some of the deets, I’ll give you guys a sneak peek of a drink recipe that’s in the e-book.
This one’s called the green goddess margarita.. because she’s a legit goddess.
Wait for it.
A margarita with benefits, I mean that’s enough.. right? Plus the taste is top notch and it’s so easy to make.
+ 2 shots of tequila (because.. tequila)
+ ½ lemon with the peel on!
+ about 10 slices of cucumber
+ 1 tsp of ginger syrup
+ handful of ice
+ put all ingredients in a blender, pour in a cup, and drink her.
CAN’T YOU JUST TASTE IT.
I add a mint to garnish.. DETAILS.
So, as you can see, this drink is packed with benefits. Leaving the lemon rind on is huge. You get so many benefits from it! And you won’t even be able to tell that it’s in there after being blended. Try it in your smoothies some time!
The ginger syrup is also one of my favorite things. I love ginger. Anything ginger. Adding a tsp to this drink isn’t enough to make it gingery – but it definitely has a little sweet kick with benefits.
