I love a good reset button.
Literally hitting reset on your body in the middle of the week is SO refreshing.

Honestly, I just feel like you guys are going to love it so I’m super excited about it. It’s even helped ME by writing down exactly what I’m eating. I have learned so much more about my own body – you guys will really like it if you’re into that.
I think having a guide but being able to mix and mingle with it is so important – because I can never follow an actual set guide. I go insane. I need to be able to make it my own somehow.
Probably the controlling part of my personality (sorry) but I just feel that way. I give you guys the option to really make the guide your own by following mine. You can switch so many things up and they are ALL skinnified and easy!
SO ANYWAY I do resets on Wednesdays. Some would rather do Monday, which is great, DO YOU. For real. I just like the middle of the week for some reason. Not sure why. Kinda weird. Just go with it.
What do I mean by reset? Glad you asked.
+ Strictly a blended diet – it’s easier to digest blended food. So it’s a great way to reset the body and feel AMAZING.

+ You get a ton of nutrients from the raw veggies in the smoothies all day.
+ You feel way more energized after it. Every time I take a day to do this, I feel like a new person the next day. It really energizes you!
+ It’s not a juice cleanse. IMPORTANT. I’m not juicing all day long. I’m eating real foods that are blended into a smoothie and I’ll eat soups if I get super sick of smoothies. A scoop of jarrow beyond bone broth in hot water and added veggies is SO EASY. And so good for you.
I think it’s important to give our body some days to reset and kind of.. relax. Even with eating.
The fact that blended foods are easier to digest made me super into doing this. That was the main reason, basically. I was feeling bloated one day and wanted to give my body a day of ‘resetting’ without juicing. (I can’t juice. I go insane.)
With this, you’re getting all the nutrients you need throughout the day – just in an easier way.
I also try to leave meat out for the day. You don’t have to at all, I just do because I feel REALLY refreshed the next day when it’s strictly veggies.
