I’m so excited to FINALLY share this e-book with you!!!
I wanted to write a post on exactly what it is and what it contains. I have put a lottttt of work into making the book exactly how I wanted it to be (duh) and exactly how I want you to feel when you read and use it!
Basically, it’s an e-book containing my favorite ‘fake it ’till you make it’ meals. ALL SKINNIFIED. I never, ever spend a shit ton of time in the kitchen. I just can’t (you probably know this by now). I’m always snapping my quick and easy meals for my CIC readers, so, I wanted to really put all of that together for you guys.
I didn’t want to say ‘meal plan’ even though I give you exactly what I ate for 5 days – I see it more as a guide – so that you can take those ideas and do it on your own. I don’t think everyone should be eating the same exact thing as someone else, or at least I find that restricting and hard.
I don’t expect you to eat exactly what I did, or do. It’s more of a guided way into how I do it, especially on-the-go!
I wanted to make it easier for YOU to be able to eat clean, but still be happy. BECAUSE LIFE IS ‘EFFING SHORT. And meal plans can be super intimidating, that’s why I make it simple.
The recipes include things like: beauty coffee, boozy coffee ‘ice cream’, matcha ginger muffins, may-less chicken salad, an open-faced bread bar, cauliflower rice ‘risotto’, skinny broccoli salad, and much more!
I also give my favorite skinny cocktails – all delicious, easy, and skinnified. I try to add benefits to my cocktails to up the drink a little bit, you know? My favorite one is the skinny grapefruit tequila ‘martini’. MAJOR YUM.
Not only does it contain recipes, but I wanted you to have my favorite tips & tricks. All of my replacements and brands that I’m in love with.. everything I do and buy, basically, to make my meals skinny and easy. (If you follow on snap you know I love a good Whole Foods shopping spree – all the brands are in there!) Plus, snack hacks. Don’t EVER forget the snacks.
I wanted it to be brunch themed because brunch is always a good time. It’s fun, it’s simple, it’s pretty, it has bomb-ass food, and it’s never dull. That’s how your weeks should be, always. Food shouldn’t ruin that for you.
Of course, there is a green anti-inflammation drink to start your Monday’s with. (Or any day, really!)
